What is the estimated delivery time?
We making sure the order get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 3-18 work days from the date that it is placed.
Processing Time: It normally takes 3-4 work days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
If you have received a damaged product, you need to inform us at
cs@niiaaa.com of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of product.
Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.
